Sharon I Hill, CEO

Sharon is known as a champion for building strong leaders and cohesive leadership teams. In 1993, Hill established the Colours School of the Arts, the first performing arts non-profit organization in Lee County, FL. Hill focused on empowering economically disenfranchised young people and worked to cultivate community awareness and the appreciation of diverse culture through the arts. Colours developed a reputation as a space that incubated young leaders; many of whom are now business owners, public figures, community leaders; internationally, nationally and locally. For her efforts, Hill was inducted into the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Hall of Fame in 2014 by the Lee County Chapter of the NAACP. Her passion for educating and growing aspiring leaders, keeps her busy in high academia as an adjunct professor at Florida Southwest State College. Sharon is the author of the book, Born to Lead Awaken Your Purpose_, and a columnist for the Fort Myers Community Press in Lee County, Florida, where her topic of expertise is leadership. She is a certified life coach and professional transformational leadership coach through Paradigm 360 LLC Coach Training. She was awarded the 2014 President’s Award in recognition of transformational coaching and outstanding leadership. She is currently the president of The International Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres, Fla. and continues to serve in numerous other community projects.
